Since Greg was busy with another customer, I was a little skeptical about the situation being fixed in a descent amount of time. Enter Cody.... as much as I would like to call him an engineer, perhaps the correct title would be of computer god. Cody's attention to detail and knowledge about the product made for a quick and easy recovery of system failures. Great job guys.
