Hayward's persistence and knowledge were...

Hayward's persistence and knowledge were essential in getting this done. He had to rely on a Microsoft tech to try to diagnose and the Microsoft tech was not as knwledgeable as Hayward. Ultimately it was Hayward who fixed the problem through a change in the registry.
