Hi! Response time was fantastic! Employee communication is professional and friendly. Only feedback was that I requested that ALL employees with access to the inbox be given the same permissions, but I couldn't tell from the communications if that had been checked or not. Only that my personal access was granted.

I really appreciate the follow-up initiated by P3 employees. My experience has always been that I have to initiate any follow-up. So having P3 call and ask me about any remaining issues was genuinely appreciated.
