Randy was patient with me last week when helping me resolve a handful of issues with my laptop. He educated me on what should happen, what may happen, and told me at what point to reach back out to him. I reached back out, he once again got online with me, fixed a couple other items, and the computer is back up and running well!

I gave you a 9, that is the best, The only way a person will get at 10 is. Did I say I'm old? You would have to be a female to get a 10 and you're not, hopefully you realize everything I said above females and the rating, was that I was joking. The quality of the service was very good. The sound quality on the phone with the employee was poor. The sound was static and fuzzy. Other than that, the service was good.
