It's been hard for us to transition to NOT having a tech make routine trips to the office to do the "stuff" we don't know how to do. This was one of those jobs - sounded easy, and eventually was for one of you, but was a nightmare for me to try to work through. NOTHING worked, but Keith was patient, and continued to find alternatives to try to help me through the updates. REALLY appreciate his help!!!
