Wilber was great at assisting our office with all the bugs a new system comes with, and all we can say is he is awesome at his job!!!!

I did not feel like Rafael understood the urgency of the issue - he said he marked it "urgent" when passing off the ticket to someone else, but I did not get a call until many hours after reporting the issue initially, and when we were on the phone, I felt that it was not treated urgently. The issue was not within his capability to fix, which is understandable, but I did not have confidence that it would be resolved in a timely manner after speaking with him and indeed I had to wait until the following afternoon to get a different employee to handle it - meanwhile, my work was being crippled and had to miss many meetings and assignments. No offense to Raphael and if his hands were tied I understand, but I couldn't help but feel like it should have been treated more like a priority to get back to me within the same day I was having the issue...and if he could not help me, to get someone who could more quickly. Adam responded in a way that felt very confident and competent, and resolved all of my issues, meanwhile explaining what was needed to be explained and even working around the phone calls I had scheduled for work to get this done quickly. I could not have been more impressed with an IT tech than with Adam. He is a really great asset!! Wish all my tickets could be resolved by him!!
