Viara Sherman's NHCL listed this depot access but the SOC auditors were not able to validate that it was granted. On March 7, Malika Ashley sent an email to initiate this ticket asking for the rest of her access to be updated per the NHCL and re-detailed what was needed. Malika, Donna, nor I have a record of ever receiving a ticket number on that March 7 request. Andrew was very helpful in granting access this week but it does not negate the fact that this will likely be listed as an exception on our SOC audit for not being addressed initially in the NHCL as clearly outlined or after the follow-up request on 3/7.
