Ben was, as usual, phenomenal. He doesn't just stick with a problem till it's fixed, he goes above and beyond and also explains what he's doing in terms a non-IT person can understand. He spent 3 hours on the phone with me and conferred with one of our client's IT support people, he came up with possible alternative solutions, and eventually got everything fixed. Thank you!

I like working with people that can laugh with me or if needed, at me when I decide I am an "IT" tech in disguise and fail, lol.
