Lestat was very knowledgeable and very confident that he'd be able to help me. Once I had outlined the issue that I was having, he patiently went about investigating my computer and printer, all the while asking pertinent questions in order to move closer to a solution. In a short time, he had my problem solved, and I was back to normal working conditions. I am very grateful for what Lestat did for me. Hopefully, if I have another problem, he'll be the tech who works with me.

This is my formal nomination for Lestat to be Catalyst IT's Employee of the Month. Heck, I'd say Employee of the Year. IT is not my strong suit. Time and time again Catalyst IT employees handle my tech cases with patience and respect. Lestat came to Hawarden with two new computers on the Monday after the flood hit. We had decided that morning to turn the library into a donation center and Lestat continued to work as chaos ensued around him. He downloaded and familiarized himself with Time Limit Manager for our patron computer when I didn't have the time to sit and work on it. He called to check in and explain everything. I called him with the extension download issue, and he resolved the issue the same day. Lestat for President 2028?
