Why Integrated Axis? Integrated Axis is an Employee owned company (ESOP) and we bring a fresh approach to technology consulting. I appreciate the quick response! I kept missing Alex's call, and Sara suggested I schedule a time, which I did. Stephen then worked on my issues and resolved them. My only feedback is that when support is remoted in, it's sometimes hard to know when I'm supposed to do something and when I'm supposed to let support or the system do its thing. I know support may not be able to stay on the phone the entire time they're working on an issue but I think there were a few times we were both trying to use the mouse at the same time to do something. :) Thank you!
