The user (Patrick) had one minor complaint after everything was complete when they needed to document some steps they had left the remote connection active which affected the display and cursor movement. Very minor but it seemed they stepped away and forgot about the connection so he had to followup and ask if they were all done or not.

Great response time, good customer service relations, good personality, enjoyed working with Mikey... Thanks Mike for all around super job, would be super cool to have the steps of Cisco load/startup in place so that all steps are done in one session. ;) Best to ya, Joe & 2-1-1
