CONNOR WAS VERY HELPFUL. it was at the end of a weekday and he gave me some key instructions but there wasn't enough time going into the evening and having to leave for home (~7pm when I finished trying to reformat the disc) to come to a resolution (the reason for an 8 and not a 10 on this one occasion). It wasn't until support was on site for regular monthly support 1 1/2 weeks later that the issue was resolved. Al three employees that helped resolve the issue on separate occasions (including Mariah, Rupp and Adam Ludwig) were incredibly knowledgeable, polite and explained the work they did and the issues as they occurred. I am very happy with the team approach to getting this issue resolved. Together, the 3 of them earn a 10. David Zimmer

Adam was terrific. He took the 2 external drives and had them working with my computer within 1 hour while on site, and reformatted the new drive as requested to NTFS format. He also explained what took place / what he encountered and how he handled the issue, as well as how I should plan for the computer going forward.

I greatly appreciate your diligence and the extra effort it took to resolve this issue successfully. Your team is wonderful.

Kamil was great to work with, he never gave up on trying to solve my issues until it was resolved. My rating of 9/10 only reflects the Integris phone system. When I called the provided extension # after missing Kamil's initial phone call, the automated recording told me the extension # didn't exist.
