Keith was quick and very professional about trading out my computers. He worked diligently to resolve all of my issues and ensure that I had a fully functional unit. While I have a few bugs still, they are minute and I am very happy to have a much faster computer in which to complete my work with! Thank you Keith!!!

This was a pretty simple request that I put in ahead of time for an employee who was leaving the company. The task was handled on the date I requested and I didn't have to follow up to confirm it was going to be completed or had been completed. Thanks!
