David P. is an amazing tier 3 Engineer/support/resource for our facility David P. visits our facility once a month to provide level 3 support for our facility. He masterfully troubleshoots and fixes issues that are too big for our single onsite IT technician or that require more than one person to accomplish. He brings expertise that solves problems in hours that might otherwise have taken days to accomplish. His dedication to his customers is outstanding. He assisted with our IP subnet migration from a class C to a Class B range that had to start after the main business hours and stayed until 02:00 AM from a start of 07:00 AM the previous day to finish the project because we are a 24 hour facility. David then drove 4 hours to get home where he immediately remotely logged into our network to assist the night shift with the adjustment before our onsite IT person returned to work the next morning. He has also stayed late to resolve a compound issued created with our complicated SAN and VM configuration caused by simultaneous updates from VMware and Dell. He is very knowledgeable about routing, switching, virtualization, and Active Directory and DNS issues. He lends his flexible mind to solving issues with our specialized security system to correct issues that the manufacture frequently is unwilling to assist with or does not have the skills to solve. We view him as a valuable member of our team.
