Thanks so much- very glad to have it done and organised before going on annual leave. I would also like to say how good Viktoria was at communicating the problems and options in going forward and I felt we really worked well to get it organised. I was really impressed at how she handled the communication and planning when it went a bit wrong, and how good she was at explaining it to me in 'normal' terms that I could understand :)
