Michael was amazing! I called the customer help desk in a little bit of a panic because I had a loud Alert coming from my computer! He calmly listened to my issue and logged into my computer. He asked several questions and maneuvered through assessing & closing out any unwanted things on the computer. He even ran an additional scan at the very end to double check and make sure that everything was in good condition for me to move forward with my work. I appreciate his quick, calm response, and his ability to resolved my issue!

Michael was great! I was very upfront with Michael that I am not tech savvy. I voiced a few issues I have been having, he checked my system and was great to address these items. He identified that my search engine was connecting to my personal gmail oppose to my work email. I did not think it should be that way so he worked to amend and put me on a new search engine. I later found from a teammate theirs was indeed the same. So I don't know if us changing it (Michael and I) is how it should be??? Co-Worker Jennifer Lamb, being more tech savvy than I, stated she thought this might interfere with interaction with other carriers. I don't know if I should have checked with H&R Admin if this was okay to do??? If it becomes an issue in future I will reach out. Just wanted to share for future reference if important. Thank you!
