Adam did wonderful calling in and giving us great customer support all within the day. While he explains to me that we had to do a hard reboot of my tablet, he calmly explained to me that it usually takes about a minute. It's a good thing we were able to chat for a bit because that minute sure went by quick! While we caught up on the morning news and how the day was going (hehe) we were able to get the tablet going, get Adam logged on to double check everything before our ticket was closed. It's great to have a quick and easy solution. Thanks again for your hard work.
