Took forever to respond to emails finally got a time to look at my computer and nothing could be done specifically that he could communicate to me my computer has not been fixed and I don't think it's fair I have to pay all the money out of my pocket for a broken computer. I would rather give this piece of junk back and get my own computer that works properly. Having a computer that is always shutting down is disappointing especially when in the middle of customer information. Very frustrated and unhappy with products and service
