Blaine fixed my password issue quickly and even noticed while on the phone that our internet signal was choppy and without being prompted opened a ticket to have it looked into as well. They ran some test and fixed the issue in less then 10 mins. Great job!! Super impressed!

Blaine did great. He was very punctual with the appointed time to solve the problem and it sounds like he discovered the underlying root cause. I would only add that this was looked at previously and apparently not solved then. I don't know any details beyond that about the first attempt to solve the BlueScreen problem.
