Melissa, our Planner, rarely logs into our network, but today, forgot her laptop. She had no idea what her password was. I called the help desk, and Keith had her up and running in minutes - VERY helpful, and always pleasant to work with. THANKS

The last two times I have had to contact Connecting Point the staff was nice, understanding, and very timely. Michael did a great job fixing my initial problem with my email and then noticed a few other things that were not right, so he fixed those too! Thank you!
