Christian Bills hit the nail on the head - what caused me so much panic (deleted folders) he fixed within a short period of time. THANK YOU from an accountant's standpoint... SAVED me SO much time during year-end preparation!

Alex did a fine job. He was very professional in all the areas of helping solve my computer problems. He was a good listener and helping me solve the concerns of the old computers (2) and installing the new computer for my husband and getting the network switch working that I already had. He was on time and very quiet in his work and did not get distracted in completing the task. I feel he is due a raise!!
