The request was to mark a matter either CLOSED or DO NOT USE. The way my request was handled was the entire matter was totally removed from iManage. This was a really great fix to the problem. I had no idea it was an option to have something totally removed. Now there is no chance of this matter being used. Absolutely great. Thank you.
