Andrew was very helpful and completed the task of getting a laptop for remote work set up. The only suggestion I would make is the phone communication that was at times hard to hear or sounded fuzzy. Great service provided by Andrew. Thank you for your help.

While there are remaining unresolved items that were raised, that Kevin focused on and passed on to the dispatcher for handling, his attention to multiple issues, and efforts to address what he could address while onsite was outstanding. Kevin has a tremendous grasp of our company, our people, our tech needs, and our issues. He is a valued asset to us as a service technician, and to EN Computers as our tech service company.
