Nathan was prompt, extremely helpful and courteous. He walked through some possible solutions on my laptop then gave me the time I needed to try out running the reports (about 30 minutes). It was determined that more work was needed on the laptop. I emailed back with the results and he was right back on the laptop and was able to take care of the matter in a short amount of time. This allowed me to get right back to work. Thank you so much!
