Good Morning! I apologize for not getting this returned sooner. Tori always responds with in a few minutes. I appreciate knowing that my request has been received. Dustin responded a short time after my request and checked into the situation. I showed Dustin what was not working and asked him about another problem that came up that morning. Dustin let me go back to taking care of our customers while worked on why I could not submit a DTAC case. After Dustin resolved both problems he called and let me know that he had everything working.
