I was told by my colleague that in the nicest way possible she was informed that in the order of importance to Integris, we were a lot priority. This didn't make our boss feel good at all. She spent time and money meeting and getting started with Integris. A client of hers who uses you guys told her about you and she was so excited. Then to have this experience that we are not important enough to send someone out to help us when we needed it most. Well, that doesn't really make anyone want to refer anyone else to you guys. Todd was really nice and patient with me. He took the time to explain things to me.
