Daniel really helped PG out. He was polite and informative. He listened to staff concerns and communicated nicely in turn. Brian worked diligently behind him. He was polite and did not cause stirs among our customers while he worked on the computers and gave us updates when he was finished.

Daniel was able to quickly accomplish getting PG set up so they could use their computer like normal. He is one of the best employees we have dealt with. He communicates with staff and makes us feel human and not like idiots. He knows our system and is able to communicate the problems and solutions with staff well.

Brian worked diligently with TLC to get this system up and running. He worked with me to show TLC how the system was not working the way it should. This was a time consuming process that he did not let get to him and remained easy going throughout this process. He listened to staff when they brought concerns to him and addressed them. When a staff member showed him how she had adjusted the printer settings, he listened to her and actually appreciated her work, which he then documented for the rest of EN staff how to make these changes themselves in the future. He communicated to me the updates and expressed he would be doing some studying up on this system since he was going to be dealing with it in the future more when we get it set up at Hopewell.

Regina had a difficult time figuring out which computer this was, but once she did, she was able to get it to work. She did a test print, and when she realized I was doing a webinar, she just asked me to let her know if it worked or not. I did and we were both satisfied with the results.

Daniel quickly realized we were about to have an issue and took control of the situation. He ordered the needed equipment and installed it within three days. I cannot express MRL's gratitude for Daniel's professionalism and quick thinking. He is constantly saving the day.
