At Diamond IT, we understand your business is unique, and the tech solutions you need to run your business are equally unique. Originally established in 1997 as a hardware reseller, Diamond IT grew by capturing large computer hardware and software contracts throughout California. As the industry changed, Diamond IT rebooted itself in 2005. The new Diamond IT emerged as an IT consulting, support, and training organization, specializing in all facets of business technology with an emphasis on solutions, not products.

As part of our 10th anniversary, we rebranded and refocused ourselves once again, demonstrating our ability to keep in tune with the ever-growing need and use of technology in our community. PHILL IS GREAT, WE SEEM TO HAVE QUITE A FEW ISSUES ALL THE TIME AND PHIL WHEN ASSIGNED TO HANDLE THE PROBLEM, IS ALWAYS QUICK TO RESPOND, FRIENDLY AND VERY PATIENT WITH US WHEN WE MAY NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO HELP HIM CORRECT THE PROBLEM. PHIL ALWAYS GETS THE PROBLEMS RESOLVED IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME AND IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HE FOLLOWS UP LATER TO MAKE SURE THE PROBLEM IS FIXED AND HAS NOT OCCURED AGAIN. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIM.

I received emails and a call back within 15 minutes of opening my ticket. The engineers were able to resolve my immediate problem almost immediately. They also tracked the resolution from the software provider and notified me of it. They checked back with me to be sure I was satisfied before closing the ticket.
