Kevin has gone out of his way to make sure that my computer is running without issue. Going beyond any other Tech at DPC that had dealt with my computers rebooting issue to resolve it researching and investigating problem codes to discover that the issue may be bios or a failing CPU. He maintained a professional friendly attitude through it all. Very pleased with his performance.
