Once again, it was a pleasure working with Matthew. I had an issue with Sage 300. He knew that I've had this issue in the past (unfortunately, the problem is not with our IT, it is with the users :) ). He took the time to show me how to fix it on my own. He set up a short-cut on my Desktop that will make my life a lot easier and less frustrating the next time I have this problem. Thanks so much!!!
