Shane was AMAZING!!!! He was professional, personal and his sense of humor was appropriate and fun. We spent a good thirty plus minutes on the phone while he was multi tasking and brainstorming the entire time. The teacher in me gives Shane an A+++++++ Thanks Clever Ducks~You ALL are the Best!!!!!
