The problem was solved by me asking coworkers until one of them recalled how to fix it as EN Computers was not able to address the issue in a timely manner. I understand they were backed up and fortunately the problem could be figured out with enough heads here, but that is far from optimal with an issue that is preventing progress. I never interacted with the employee so I cannot rate them. Beth

Brandon did a great job! He did research on program I was working with and was able to solve the problem! It is a specialized program available for free online and there wasn't much documentation to work from, but he was able to solve the issue and get it working again!
