While the server reboot was pretty painless, this was an issue that continued to happen and there was no follow through on looking at the cause. Yes other onsite work took precedence, but the reboot schedule I asked for later as a result of this ticket should have been addressed without me having to raise the question. This initial reboot was taken care of and then forgotten it seemed like.
