Very friendly & helpful!

Walked me through the process of setting up the order of how you want the cursor to flow between multiple computer screens (in my case 3 screens). I was able to play around with the screens and figure out a configuration I was satisfied with. I was very happy with his help. He also help me figured out how to designate my which screen to be my main display. The great wow factor was, was that I was able to get my issue resolve the same day I submitted my request! Kevin did a great job of keeping me informed as to the process and what he would need from us while he was updating our server. Appreciate his updates as he reviewed all our software and letting me know what was being updated and why. Great job, we thank him for taking good care of our system and getting us up and running again!

Ian did an awesome job, I am grateful for his assistance. I am, however, a little distressed that whoever was working with Justin to initially set up his access after our previous bookkeeper retired somehow managed to change where our accounting software was being backed up from his computer. We only discovered it because he was having trouble reconciling the month end because the payroll information I had just completed wasn't showing up on his computer! If that had gone on for too long with both of us accessing and inputting data that could have been a mess to fix!! I feel that we shouldn't be assessed the time block that it took Ian to repair this issue as it was created by a technician changing where our accounting software was being backed up to begin with.

I appreciated their quick responses and being able to put my mind at ease.
