Austin had limited ability to fix this problem; unfortunately it was out of his hands to be able to release this email, and thus the issue remained unresolved until Tuesday morning. However, Austin thought outside the box and gave suggestions for resolving the issue that may have helped. I appreciate his thoroughness and quality of work. I would have given a "5" if it had actually been able to be resolved that day.
