Propt and thorough responses from everyone on the team! No body wants a computor to malfunction, and nobody wants to work through the seemingly unending diagnostics needed to complete a return with Lenovo, but the Philantech3 team was super patient and flexible to make this all happen! When you receive help from the help desk, it doesn't matter which employee helps you! They are all responsive, professional, and knowledgeable! There has not been a time yet that they haven't been able to resolve the issue same day. Normally within the hour of submitting the ticket. Thank you for such excellent service!
