Kim was extremely helpful and easy to work with and she did a great job of working through what was necessary in her capacity of providing support. This was handled in the midst of a couple of extremely stressful days for my company, with high stress levels causing some abrasive responses. Kim did a great job keeping focused on the goal of finding a resolution and was fantastic about communicating with me and providing updates about her progress investigating. Ultimately, my issue did get resolved my a company resource due to the root cause of the problem, but I am certain my issue would still be present today had she not been involved and pushing forward what she handled.
