I gave you 10 and 5 for the response time and for spending time with working on it. This service call got us closer. And given that our relationship is still evolving and growing, it was great. But, ultimately, we had to solve this one on our own because our wiring closet is still a mess and a printer got moved and someone dislodged the ethernet connection. Thanks for all you do and your hard work.
