I had several people working on this one. Josh, Chris, and Mark. All three were very helpful and professional. The problem is still pending which is an issue since this particular software is something that I need access to regularly but they know how to get it fixed and Josh will make sure that he has the information necessary to enable Dynamic Edge to fix the problem without going to Guardian Alarm. I appreciated that they all kept me in the loop and informed.
