tom answered the phone quickly, responded, called back with the problem all fixed and made sure it functioned before he let me hang up, and ensured me he would follow up with other connecting point employee who is working on our computers in the office to make sure everything he did would not be undone again today and my computer would still be available to me for remote on Wednesday evening.
