I had a problem with my printer. We tried to fix it ourselves but couldn't so we called our IT team at Clever Ducks. Matt attempted a remote fix but that wouldn't work so he came over within about twenty minutes. He reconfigured the wireless connections and got it to work. He was quick, professional, and compassionate. Thank you, Matt!
