Each of you tried to correct my auto-correct problem. And you were all very good and very helpful and escalated along the way. But I have to admit that it was Syed who took it to another level. Syed was so persistent in working with MS and kept at it. I even told him I could live with it if there was no solution to be fixed. But Syed persevered and fixed it! Hats off to Syed and to all the others on the team who worked on this issue. Much appreciated!

I am not sure which team member did what on this ticket. My concerns on this ticket are that the equipment was not quoted until a week after the ticket was submitted. As well, Adobe was not set up for the user for her use on her first day of work as requested.
