Would have been a 10, but once I was able to print again, the default setting was to print on both sides which doesn't work for what I do and was annoying. Got that fixed several days later so everything is all good now.

Like always, Iain was able to fix the issue that I had (not really an issue, just getting me access to a new program) and followed up with a phone call to see if there were any problems. He is a huge asset to TST and I enjoy working with him when I have a problem that needs to be fixed.
