This is the second time to have the same issue. This time had the same fix as the previous. Aaron followed procedure and made sure my machine was up to date on software updates and escalated the ticket as soon as he realized he would not be able to resolve the issue. Christopher Pontes resolved in a matter of minutes after Wes Ewing spent several hours on the machine without resolve and ultimately recommended a new laptop. I watched as Wes found where my laptop did not have the correct driver for video hardware that is installed but was unable correct the issue.

Excellent work by the Integris Team. Aaron Jackson helped as much as he could before escalating to Wes. I applaud Aaron for not wasting time on this project once he knew the ticket needed to be escalated. I don't have words for how Wes handled this issue. Wes contacted me multiple times with actions he wanted to try to help with this issue. I was so impressed with his tenacity. He would not give up! I was amazed at how West continued to work once he determined the issue was not Excel - related. Most IT individuals I have worked with would have quit after determining that Excel was not throwing any errors. Wes googled the issue and provided me information on how to create the Excel query using a method i did not know existed. There have been numerous changes to the process for running the queries. I have always been able to figure that how. However, the method Wes identified was completely different than anything I had encountered in my 20+ years working with Access and Excel. Wes truly thought "Outside the box". Running Excel queries on Access databases is extremely effective and efficient for handling large data sets. It is critical that I be able to do this. Wes's efforts are greatly appreciated. Job Very well done!
