Customer Service needs to be better at reading the incoming emails for service. I told them I would be out of office for over a week, yet they still tried to reach me. Then I reached out when I was back at work and gave my available times. I was told someone would reach out to me on Friday morning, however, Andrew reached out to me at 4:30, beyond the 3:00 I told them in the email. No one called me back on Friday morning (which is typically my day off) I called again and left a message. Finally, Monday Kamil reached out to me.

disappointing that bad link was sent initially...

disappointing that bad link was sent initially and the phone number I included in signature was not called to reach me but overall the issue was resolved so good service but those 2 disappointments noted prevent me from giving a rating of excellent.
