All of my requests to Kevun have been very steadfastly completed' or brought to a state that the request could be efficiently transferred to other technicians at the end of the business day. Kevin has demonstrated a clear understanding of all of our technology needs, and how best to address our tech issues throughout the various onsite visits throughout the year.
