Both Michael and Brandin were very helpful....

Both Michael and Brandin were very helpful. Brandin responded very promptly to the ticket and tried to resolve the problem remotely. Once he found that he couldn't he sent Michael over to our clinic and he was there in a very timely fashion and was able to fix the problem. Very professional on all ends and appreciate the quick responses and also getting the problem fixed.
