I had not turned in my ticket until late morning, and by mid afternoon Cody had my new printer installed and operating in less than 15 minutes. I was totally surprised my issue would be resolved so quickly. Outstanding customer service!! Thanks to Blue Jean for going above and beyond. You guys are all wonderful to work with.
