Michael was incredibly helpful and patience through this challenging ticket. I did not help his closure time on this ticket, because I delayed my action steps for several days. Even though I delayed the processed, Michael was patient, kind, and continued to follow up with me until the issue was resolved. All is well now and my technology is working as expected.
