Got everything completed except one un-fixed item. This was a particularly troublesome issue and I suggested that we view it as optional and close out the visit. Instead of spending more time on troubleshooting, will be easier and less expensive for me to simply replace the computer. I've got many replacement PC's available. Will do that this coming Friday.
